Comfort, Efficiency & Humidity Control
Larger Naples homes often have more than one system, and keeping every area comfortable takes the right equipment and good airflow. When it’s time to upgrade, we’ll walk you through high-efficiency options that run quieter, handle humidity better and cost less to operate.
For seasonal residents, we can check your system before you leave and help set it up to protect the home from humidity while it’s empty.
Recent Naples Job: Commercial Condenser Coil Replacement
We recently replaced the condenser coil on a commercial rooftop unit (RTU) for a dental office in Naples. The coil had developed a refrigerant leak, and you can see the proof in the photos: dark oil stains on the coil are a telltale sign that refrigerant oil is escaping along with the refrigerant.
After installing the new coil, we pulled the system into a deep vacuum and verified it with a micron gauge to meet factory specs before charging it. That step removes moisture and confirms the new coil and every connection are tight, so the repair lasts. A dental office can’t afford an uncomfortable waiting room or a unit that fails again next month, so we do it right the first time.
We service rooftop units and commercial systems for offices, medical and dental practices, and retail spaces across Naples. Learn about our commercial HVAC services.

MAINTENANCE THAT LASTS
We protect your investment.
Some companies push a replacement every 10 years. We’d rather keep your current system running efficiently for as long as it reasonably can. Routine AC maintenance catches small problems before they turn into expensive breakdowns in the Florida heat. Learn about AC maintenance.
