ABOUT OUR MAINTENANCE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

We guarantee to provide upfront and fair services with the help of our Nate Certified Mechanics. Without proper maintenance, you could be faced with emergency service needs and more frequent system breakdowns. With biannual cleanings, you can save your home from damage due to clogged drain lines and your family from the Florida heat. Our mechanics thoroughly inspect and ensure all of the components in your system are within factory specs.

BENEFITS OF OUR MAINTENANCE MEMBERSHIP

When You Sign Up for Our Maintenance Program, You can Expect:
    • Biannual cleanings (every 6 months)
    • Discounted service rates
    • Discounts on select repairs
Maintenance Membership Pricing
    • $89 per system for the initial cleaning (one time charge)
    • $159 per system (for agreement)
    • $65 service charge for calls within business hours (reduced from $110)
    • $90 after hours/emergency service charge (reduced from $180)
    • Repairs and services discounted up to 15% on average
Maintenance includes, but is not limited to:
    • Clean condenser and evaporator coils
    • Evaluate all electrical components
    • Flush drain line and primary pan
    • Ensure thermostat is fully operational
    • Check refrigerant charge
    • Replace filter (if provided)
