Maintenance Membership Pricing
Regular maintenance is the best way to prevent breakdowns, lower your power bill and extend the life of your system. Every plan includes two maintenance visits a year, plus the same member benefits: priority scheduling for service calls, lower service call fees and discounts on repairs.

Each maintenance visit includes, but is not limited to:
- Cleaning condenser and evaporator coils
- Evaluating all electrical components
- Flushing the drain line and primary pan
- Making sure the thermostat is fully operational
