Born and raised in SWFL, Randy began working in air conditioning at just17 years old. What started as an entry-level job soon became the foundation of a life-long career. With unwavering determination and the support of his wife, Dori, and young daughters, Layni and Keylee, he built Extreme Temp Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. from the ground up in 2008. He made countless sacrifices to turn his vision into reality, all while being a devoted father and role model. Starting out with just one truck and no employees, Randy did everything himself. Over time, his dedication and reputation for quality helped the business grow into a trusted company with multiple employees and a full fleet of vehicles. Today, you will find him still leading the company with the same dedication and pride that started it all.
