WHY CHOOSE US

Why Southwest Florida Homeowners Choose Extreme Temp for AC Repair & Service

Since 2008, families and businesses from Fort Myers and Cape Coral to Naples, Port Charlotte and LaBelle have trusted us with their air conditioning. We’re not a franchise or a call center. We’re a local, family-owned company working out of our own building on Seaboard St in Fort Myers.

HONEST SECOND OPINIONS

Free second opinions, no pressure.

Got a big repair quote, or were you told you need a whole new system? We’ll give you a free second opinion with clear, straightforward recommendations. A lot of the time, the fix costs far less than you were quoted. Get a free second opinion.

MAINTENANCE THAT LASTS

We protect your investment.

Some companies push a replacement every 10 years. We’d rather keep your current system running efficiently for as long as it reasonably can. Routine AC maintenance catches small problems before they turn into expensive breakdowns in the Florida heat. Learn about AC maintenance.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

450+ five-star Google reviews.

Our customers keep telling us the same thing: we show up on time, explain everything, and fix it right the first time. Whether it’s your first service call or your fifth, we work to earn that review every time. Read our reviews.

24/7 EMERGENCY AC REPAIR

On call when it counts.

AC quits at 2am in August? Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, and a technician is on call 24/7 for emergencies, including nights, weekends and holidays. Call (239) 274-5795.

AFFORDABLE PRICING

You’ll get transparent pricing with no hidden fees, plus financing options for replacements. See our pricing or explore financing.
